Mobile Timesheet 3.0 (MTL) is a pioneering application from msc mobile. MTL improves employee productivity by accelerating timesheet data entry. MTL is designed to help you rapidly record your time with minimal interruption to your work, allowing you to review/change your entries later, at your convenience. With MTL you don’t need a persistent network connection to the SAP backend system. Even when offline, you have access to relevant information such as clients, cases, projects and activities - wherever you are. MTL integrates seamlessly with the SAP® ERP application and was specifically developed to address the special requirements of the legal and professional service industries. Essentially, any SAP® customer requiring efficient time tracking can benefit from MTL.

Functionality
MTE allows you to enter and edit details of trips and receipts required for trip cost reporting, offline, regardless of location, using a laptop. You can transfer these trips to ERP when you have access to the company network again.
Features
Trip creation in MTE provides the following functions:
- View a list of all your trips
- Create new trips.
- Create receipts and attach them to trips.
- Change the cost assignment on trip and receipt level.
- Synchronize the data you entered with SAP ERP® at intervals of your choice. Synchronization also transfers trips that are not available offline to the mobile device. SAP ERP® checks the data transferred from MTE and sends the result of the checks to the user’s laptop to enable the user to correct errors if required.
- Changes in Customizing and master data in SAP ERP® are transferred to MTE automatically.
- Use a pick-list to select cost assignment attributes, or you can manually enter them.
- Copy trips.
