	Eric Fluet is President of msc mobile and has more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise business application market. He was a founding member of the Resolution Group who later became the SAP Business Unit of The Createch Group. As a senior partner and senior vice president, he was responsible for the operations, sales and general management of the SAP Business Unit. Under his leadership, the SAP business unit was named SAP Canada’s All-in-One Partner of the Year for 5 consecutive years. Prior to Createch, Eric was a successful Account Executive at SAP Canada selling enterprise software to both large and small organizations across Canada. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from McGill University and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal. Alexander Ilg is co-founder and Managing Director of msc mobile in Europe. He started his career in Enterprise Mobility in 1997 when he implemented a mobile solution for Daimler. He has worked with SAP’s mobile solutions and technologies since 2002 and has been involved in numerous mobile projects; bringing more than 100,000 mobile users live. Alexander is a former SAP employee and was part of the implementation team for the SAP Mobile Time and Travel and Mobile Asset Management solutions. Ratna Chengappa is co-founder and Director of Consulting Services at msc mobile. Ratna is an experienced SAP consultant with a strong blend of infrastructure, development and business process experience. Since starting his SAP career in 1996 as an R/3 basis consultant, Ratna joined SAP UK consulting as a senior consultant in 2000. He was the global ramp-up lead for Netweaver Mobile/Mobile Time and Travel in 2003 and was responsible for authoring, teaching, promoting and implementing SAP Netweaver/Mobile Time and Travel globally. Martin Fecteau is co-founder and Director of Product Development at msc mobile. A senior mobile architect, he has been involved with the development and implementation of SAP Mobile solutions since 2003. Prior to co-founding msc mobile in Canada, he worked for more than five years within the mobile development group at SAP Labs, where he was involved in the development of Mobile Direct Store Delivery, Mobile Sales Online, and the Mobile Business Client on Blackberry.
