The AWT MAM responds faster, providing an improved performance. AWT MAM provides similar functions as SAP Mobile Asset Management that helps field technicians perform their daily activities at customer sites and within plants while disconnected from the back-end SAP system. SAP Mobile Asset Management gives field service technicians instant mobile access to work orders and equipment information - enabling faster service thus reducing equipment downtime.
