Ratna Chengappa is an experienced SAP consultant with a strong blend of infrastructure, development and business
process experience. Since starting his SAP career in 1996 as an R/3 basis consultant,
Ratna joined SAP UK consulting as a senior consultant in 2000. He was the global ramp-up lead for Netweaver
Mobile/Mobile Time and Travel in 2003 and was responsible for authoring, teaching, promoting and
implementing SAP Netweaver/Mobile Time and Travel globally.
Ratna was co-founder of msc mobile in 2006 and is the managing director of the UK office.

Martin Fecteau is a software architect and senior consultant who has seven years of experience with SAP. He worked for more than
five years within the mobile development group at SAP Labs Canada where he was involved in the development of Mobile Direct
Store Delivery, Mobile Sales Online, and the Mobile Business Client on Blackberry. Before leaving SAP in 2007, he was the
development and project lead of MSA Online. Martin joined msc mobile Canada in March 2008 as associated partner and senior
SAP Mobile consultant.

Alexander Ilg first came into contact with mobile software in 1997 when he implemented a mobile software solution for DaimlerChrysler.
He has worked with SAP’s mobile software since 2002 and has been involved in numerous mobile projects, bringing
more than 100,000 mobile users live. Alexander was part of the team that implemented the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Time and
Travel and Mobile Asset Management solutions. In 2006, he founded msc mobile.

Marc Antoine Forand is a SAP Mobile expert at msc mobile Canada Inc. He worked at the SAP Labs Canada as a software developer
within the mobile group for 5 years before joining msc mobile in 2007. During his stay at SAP, he was involved in the development
of SAP Mobile Time and Travel 2.0 and SAP MSA Online, for which he lead the development. After joining msc mobile he became
solution architect for MTL

Christoph Weber has a strong background in SAP Mobile. Since starting his SAP career at SAP AG
in 2001 as Support Consultant, he delivered worldwide onsite support services as a team lead especially
for mobile business customers. Christoph joined the implementation service group for VIP customers
in the Mobile Business Area in 2005. In this role he was working as an interface between customers and
development focusing on CRM Mobile Sales for Handheld. Christoph joined msc mobile as a partner and
is the Chief Operating Officer. |

Julien Guimont was a software developer and development architect at SAP Labs Canada for more than four years.
During this time he was part of the mobile development group where he
participated in the delivery of the MTT, MAM and MAU mobile applications. In his Development Architect role he provided technical guidance for SAP’s mobile strategy.
Julien joined msc mobile Canada in October 2008 as a SAP mobile consultant and senior developer.
